A4 Los Angeles is a 22,000-square-foot, fireproof concrete tilt-up structure with 20-foot ceilings and four dock positions, including an indoor, drive-in bay. Featuring an on-site crate shop, climate and non-climate storage, A4 LA is located within a secure, gated warehouse complex near USC Medical Center at the junction of I-5 and I-10. A4 LA’s location is currently located outside of the newly revised 2025 Cal Fire FHSZ (Fire Hazard Severity Zones).
